I think that is a Cultural thing. Push and shove is natural in some countries.

Remember the crew are working you are not. Harmony is a beautiful ship and if you try you can have an awesome experience. Some are just not cut out to cruise. Try a smaller ship where they catered to you more maybe.

Sounds like the last two cruises you’ve taken harmony and A llure you have not had a good experience don’t give up on cruising to one of the best ways to spend your vacation money don’t let little hiccups ruin your vacations keep on cruising I love to cruise
