Review summary

This was an amazing ship - the size and things to do. It took away from the drama to enter into what appeared to be a large shopping mall. Use to more of a grand entrance in smaller ships but after exploring - loved the ship. Everything was spotless. Loved the quiet of Central Park. I wish more travelers would dress up. Wish there was a separate exclusive Cigar Bar with drinks to escape to and enjoy.

I was amazed at the efficiency and the professional process. I walked straight up to embarkation desk with only 2 persons in front of me and then walked straight to my cabin. Even with boarding early in the cycle.

I was disappointed in the general dining room-American Icon. It was not as dramatic as I have experienced in smaller cruise boats and the staff was more silly than professional in their serving. The Captain's night was not much different than any other night. The food was good but not noteworthy. The lobster was horrible. The Chef's Table, Wonderland and 150 Central Park were delicious.

Very impressed with steps taken for handwashing and cleanliness. I am a healthcare executive and you all are on top of it!
