Review summary

Ship is nice, the rest is not acceptable at all. There's no shade at the pool and no water, nowhere to sit drink a coffee and look out at the water, no happy hour with appetizers, the food is very low quality. The worst however is the kids club. My son hated to go there because there was one mean instructor for 50 kids so she spent a lot of time yelling at them.

DO NOT waste your money on a Jr suite. You get NO perks at all. Only get a few extra inches of room and balcony but not even a table to sit at.

To those complaining about the wait for the elevators, take the stairs. I am paralyzed and have not been able to walk for years. How I would love to be able to take as many stairs as I could. Not only that, but it's a good way to get your exercise. I understand the wait times are long for the elevators because I've been on these ships many times, and it's even harder to get on an elevator when you're in a scooter and people won't allow you in. Once you lose the ability to walk, you'll never complain about having to take the stairs again.

The reason we were always at guest services was because of all the issues. Such as RC cancelling our excursions without which we did not give an ok to. They literally just cancelled most of my party excursions and reservation for the onboard shows. We also booked our excursions before boarding the ship.

I just got back from Harmony and we were a party of 19 which is why we made sure to go to traditional dining. We did all of our excursions online before the trip and only has random questions for guest services. I do agree with you about the elevators! They certainly need more!

My family of 17 and I just got off Harmony and had some bad experiences starting with not getting our luggage until 11:30 at night on the first day. Loosing stuff when we finally got our bags. Taking hours at guest services taking away from our vacation. Always waiting forever for elevators. Always a hassle getting to eat at the main dining hall . I can go on forever.

I agree with stevebussa Some people are just unhappy souls and find happiness in making others miserable I would be happy on any boat out in the middle of the beautiful sea...and make my own fun if there was none around!

There are over hangs on each side of the ship by the pools with plenty of chairs and lounges in the shade. Don’t know of any lines that do a happy hour with food aside from the Diamond level and equivalent on other lines. There are water stations set up at all the cafes and at most bars and you can ask any bartender for a glass of water. Grab coffee and head up to the pool deck or grab one of the teak chairs around the running track that have great ocean views.
