Review summary

Ship was fun, excursions not so much. Can’t understand why RCL so disorganized. This was our 49th Cruise. Disappointed. Not sure I want to book Symphony. Please supply bed sheets that fit.

Ship tip

You would think that a billion dollar ship would have sheets that fit the bed but you would be wrong. In our suite the sheets on the queen bed were not wide enough and did not stay put. Even the bed in the living room had sheets that did not fit the bed. Disgusting!

Had booked excursion but it took over 45 minutes to disembark so we missed the fun. Awful disembarkation and no options for people with excursions that meet on pier.

Had booked a cabana on Barefoot Beach thru concierge but they oversold them. Was told to sit on lounge chair & they would return with info but never did. Got a bottle of water free. Big Deal!

Sorry to hear that. We’ve cruised Harmony 4 times and we’ve never experienced a problem. Shelly592, if you haven’t already booked all of your shows make sure you do that. After the safety drill head up to deck 14, take the left hallway all the way to the front and you will enjoy the sail away from a glass bottom observation deck. Try Wonderland & Central Park 150 for a unique dining experience. Also enjoy an evening beverage in Central Park while listening to a classical guitarist. On sea days we always ate breakfast & lunch at the Solarium Bistro. You must also catch the quest, be prepared to laugh. On the last night of the cruise check out the desert spread in the Windjammer. There’s sooo much to do and enjoy. Have a blast on the Harmony, she’s a beauty 🛳🎉🥂😎
