Review summary

This was my 3rd cruise and 1st on Royal Caribbean. I loved the variety; it did take me about 5 days to figure out how to get around and where I wanted to go. But the information and ship map at every stair landing, was invaluable. My only recommendation is that inside the bathroom doors, there are signs requesting you to use a paper towel to open the door, but then no place (that I saw anyway) to put that paper towel as you exited. I highly recommend loading the Royal IQ app; I didn't until day 5 and found it super easy to make reservations and find out what was going on right on my phone! Get the VOOM pkg.....was fantastic!

I had uploaded my photo, but was told it didn't upload, so they did it again. No biggie, but they also said my credit card wouldn't work and wanted me to use another one. I refused. They told me to check with guest services once aboard, and they also said it wouldn't work, but they would let me know if there were problems once we got underway. Never heard from them about it, and yes, I did notify my bank about the cruise. This also happened to at least six other people in my group!
