Overall the Ships Pluses outweigh the negatives by far. As a couple we highly recommend it to those who love cruising. We had a Great Time.

Food and Dining

Food in free restaurants was Good, and in all four specialty restaurants we went do were great. The Wonderland restaurant was beyond exceptional due to the combination of Great food, and our waiter JR Estelito included presentation. Chops Grille steaks were exceptional, 150 Central Park desserts had great desserts, and Jamie's Italian pasta delicious. We purchase the dining package and had no regrets.

Onboard Activities

For us Wi-Fi is an onboard activity and it comes with a charge. We feel if a ship offers Wi-Fi as for a charge it should be included in a review. I was very surprise, especially because the Harmony is so new that the Wi-Fi was so lacking with frequent disconnects.

Entertainment

The diving show Fine Line was excellent(a must see) and Grease was good but not great. The area we felt lacking was that music entertainment was seldom offered in more than one venue at any given time, so entrainment choices were lacking. Also scheduled start times were often at 10 PM. That's a bit late for us to start having fun.

Harmony of the Seas Service from dining to cabin was exceptional and we expressed our appreciation both verbally and with extra gratuity. A very Strong 10 score.

Cabin had plenty of room with a very nice size TV that offer (for a price) recent movies. Nice enclosed shower and decent water pressure.

Ship tip

Recommend purchasing the dining package. Yes it true exception cruise food used to be free, but that's a thing of the past. Don't miss out on some exception dining.
