Review summary

Ship was very nice but the ports were changed from eastern carribean to Mexico and Nassau because of the hurricanes. I would have enjoyed the cruise more if the ports had been nicer. A 7 day cruise is long. Next time I will take a shorter one. We had a great time and will cruise again in 4 to 5 years.

They put safety before all else, so just be thankful that they are actually concerned about your wellbeing.

Unless they cancelled ports entirely or had to shorten the cruise they aren't going to give anything. It's clearly stated in the cruise contract that ports can be changed at any time for any reason. If you think changing ports because of hurricanes closing other ports means you should get things for free maybe you should stick to land based trips and try that logic when your entire vacation is cancelled. (Not towards you bcsgrandma)

Think of each cruise an adventure...change can add to the sense of adventure...embrace change & flow...

why do people think should get compensation or perks just because the ports get changed. read your contact, ports can be changed without notice for the safety of the guests, crew and ship

We're there any extra perks offered? On board credits-free internet-free drink packages?

Hopefully next cruise you book will be shorter and the hurricanes do not impact your port selection. Glad you enjoyed the ship.

maybe cruising isnt for you but you did give it a try for me 7 days is not enough and 12-14 is the minimum
