With the exception of the confusion with the disembarkation process, this Cruise was AMAZING! We had a wonderful time on this gorgeous ship! The food was outstanding, the service; superior and entertainment equaled shows in Vegas. I loved the beautiful swimming pools, Central Park, shopping venues, health spas and had so much fun at the Casino! Our group had a terrific time with 3 extra days to enjoy all the free amenities, thanks to RC and Irma!

Loved the layout with the bed closest to the balcony. Everything was very functional and clean.
Ship tip
The ship was much larger than expected and seating in public areas was at a premium. It would have been great if stools were provided in the Photography area in front of monitors and benches near elevators....
Due to the circumstances (hurricane Irma) the disembarkation process was not communicated to our group as well as we would have liked. We understand that there were times when RC personnel was waiting for instructions from headquarters but there should have been more communication and a more consistent process. Example: We were told to go to our rooms and wait for a call but the call never came, then we were told we would need to go to level 5 with our luggage but not told where we would be going after that. We would hear rumors from other passengers that we would be going on another ship, or bussed to a hotel but never anything official; very scary.
