Review summary

Loved this ship, the crew, the entire trip and can't wait to go again. The ship is first class, the food was all wonderful, and every single crew member on the boat was smiling and made us feel special and welcome.

Disembarkation

The only complaint from the entire time. This was a cruise that was delayed returning to Florida because of Irma. The crew was amazing and took great care of us. Disembarkation day was a mess because 5000 people were racing to get off the boat at the same time. I felt bad for the young girls trying to control this crowd. We also understand this was an exception given the circumstances and not the way normal disembarkation goes

Hi krissysav, I was on the Harmony, the same time as you. I agree the ship is fantastic. Every crewmember couldn't have been nicer. I appreciate that Captain Johnny kept us up to date on Irma and the impact of us getting back to Ft. Lauderdale. It was surreal, how beautiful and calm the weather was, knowing the havoc the hurricane was inflicting.

Sounds like somebody had a cruise vacation they are still smiling about. Nice, happy memories.
