Review summary

PROS: Harmony of the Seas cruise was amazing, from the decor of our Central Park balcony view room to the whole ship interior/exterior decorations. The shows offered was awesome...need to experience at least one show!!! Love the fact there's an adult zone swimming pool so didn't need to worry about running into any children in the pool. Food at Chops Grille and 150 Central Park and windjammer was great!!! I probably gained some weight from eating so much good food. 

 

CONS: My time dining at the silk left me a bit disappointed. The waiter that was assign to attend to us didn't even catered to us as he was busy handling other tables. In turn, the assistant waiter to our waiter was the one who took our orders. After our meal, we wait quite a while before anyone could clear our table for dessert. After dessert, we just left without anyone asking how our dining/food experience was. 

I ordered a happy anniversary decor prior to the ship departure as a surprise for my husband. Staff was suppose to put up the decor on the 22nd (I specifically said on 4th day into the cruise)...instead they put it up on the first day of the cruise. Ruin the surprise and all the guest service lady said was "I'm sorry."
