Review summary

Overall, this was a family trip with my parents and my brother's family. It was great traveling on this ship and made us feel like we were on a resort. We had all the shows and activities that you would do in a resort. Best part was we got to go to other destinations and also enjoy outside excursions. One of the best vacations we have had. Again, only issue we had was Food in Labadee.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
It was good.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The only issue we had was in Labadee where they did not have enough options in Food and specially for Vegetarians.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Flowrider, Pools, Rock Wall Climbing, The Greece Show, Ice Skating Show and rest of the activities were amazing. Royal Caribbean knows how to keep people busy.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The Greece Show and the Ice Skating Show and the water shows were amazing. The lighting and the performance were amazing.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Kids loved their Clubs and getting to meet new people and making friends.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The Dinning Room was amazing. I can't even imaging how they do what they do because the amount of food we got and the service was given to us was spectacular. We had asked our Waiter, Head Waiter and others on specific items and they delivered it every time. Almost everyday, they came up and asked if we wanted anything different type of foods. We had the best time in Dinning Room and Wind Jammer.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship is layed out very well. Harmony of the Seas is a big ship but we never felt that we were on the Ship. They kept up the cleaning and all areas were well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had the inside Balcony at the end of the ship. The Cabin was spacious and it was very well maintained. They did a great job on keeping it clean for us multiple times a day and were given the towels and other items without knowing when they changed it. It was well maintained. The Inside Balcony view was spectacular.

Ship tip

Get to know the Ship, explore and enjoy every amenities, shows, pools and all the activities on the ship. Sleep when you come home.

Ports of call

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

5 out of 5
This place is spectacular. Loved the Zip Line and one of the best experience ever. The only issue we had was the food. Needed some Vegetarian food options.

Falmouth, Jamaica

5 out of 5
Very good Ship area. We did Dunn's Falls on our own. Well worth the trip. Be careful going up the falls but it is definitely worth it.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
We did beach area on our own and spent time shopping and eating. It was very good.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Overall from the Ship to outside was very well. As long as you knew what time you wanted to go out of the ship, it was fast and simple. Only thing we had an issue with was the Mobile Pass. That's not Royal Caribbean's fault.
