Review summary

It is an amazing Ship, excellent itinerary and good meals. But you need to love to be in a crowded ambience. The excursion are out control you need to go out for looking the agency and they are not in time you loose like an hour in every excursion. Expensive tips for the services, I only got good services at Guest Service and in the night restaurant.

The cabin space was perfect but the cleaning was not good and every time I have to ask for additional soap and the noise of this cabin is horrible is just beside the exit and below the bar.

Ship tip

Immediately you get in the ship you need to reserve your shows, everything is going to be full the second day, if you have your time dinning go before you get hungry because sometime you need to be 25 mins in a line to be accommodated in your table.

You pay an excursion but no one explain you the kind of transportation you will have, any security bus and they drive like a creasy, not time to spend in the mountain view.

It doesn't show you have been on any cruises in your profile. We didn't have any issues with our excursions on Harmony. The last four reviews you posted all seem negative. For people to take you seriously, you should go in to more details as to why the experience wasn't amazing. Oh and for the review regarding Atlantis, you can easily go on their website and purchase visitor day passes and take a taxi there. Then again, I'm not sure your reviews are real.
