Review summary

I would first like to applaud our wait staff Gerardo and Mimi.  They took outstanding care of us for our entire cruise and I can't thank them enough for the service they provided.  As for the ship and cruise, the Harmony of the Seas is an amazing ship.  Tons of things to do.  Would I sail on this ship again?  No.  I went on this cruise to relax and this ship is way to crowded, busy, and noisy to ever feel relaxed.  The shows that your able to see are outstanding, but that's if you get signed up early enough before they are full.  If you don't you won't have an opportunity to see them.  The first two excursions that we signed up for were already full.  We actually tried to book them three months prior to the cruise and they were already full.  To end on a positive note, the ship is a floating marvel of imagination which makes it truly outstanding, unfortunately, this was not what I was looking for in a cruise.

I found it uncomfortable to get off the ship and go through the gates to go shopping and have to pass military uniformed personnel. I find that to be a show of power for an island that doesn't have any. I understand there purpose after spending 25 years on active duty. But, I just don't see the need for this on a Caribbean island.
