Review summary

Service all around was great. The staff was incredible and very professional. An issue they need to work on is the logistics of their shows/performances. They were all usually late to start or completely cancelled because of technical issues. They were also too crowded. That area needs improvement but we had a good time on the Harmony of the Seas and truly enjoyed ourselves. The ship itself was very impressive.

Nice cabin. It was nice and clean.

Ship tip

Make reservations for any of the shows because even then you may not be able to find seats. Enjoy all of the activities on board and good luck finding a lounge chair by any of the pools.
