Review summary

Cabin was great and crew was friendly. To sum it up quickly, they over promised and under delivered. Just a small sampling of problems:

1. No place to get food after 10 PM unless you want pizza - way too many kids

2. Only take dinner reservations between 9am -4pm which cannot be done while you are on an excursion.

3. Windjammer restaurant way too crowded, very loud music at 7am and hard to get a seat. You know you are in trouble when there is a line of 50 people trying to get in even @ 3:30 in the afternoon.

4. Shows & jazz club canceled or not opened for an hour or more without warning

5. Incorrect wine delivered to table on numerous occasions?

6. Even with the ultimate drink pkg, they still charge you for the mini frig water in your cabin - ridiculous!

No crowds. Way too many activities going on day and night.' There were 10 of us. 6 adults, two teens, 10 and 6 yr. old. We did shows and dinners together and when we were on our own we kept on seeing each other.

It states in all the literature when you buy the drink package on line and on the ship that beverages in the mini fridge and cocktails ordered through room service are not included.

I don't know about anyone ..... But dinner food for 7 knights we couldn't enjoy not tasting at all for the best ship my opinion should have the best crew so we are very disappointed on the Harmony!!!....

Magnetic not disturb place on cabins doors was removed several times and they trying open the doors even when you relaxing...... Unacceptable......

Did you do your homework. Ship carries 6000 people did you not think there might be kids on board. Pat attention here, its geared for families. If you want quiet go sit on your balcony. Better yet get up early or room service if you don't like crowds. Just stop whining and go on another cruise line that geared for older folks.

I've been on the oasis and the allure there sister ships never had and issues there were no crowds food service was exceptional!! Yes the only thing for food after 10 pm is pizzeria but by that time I've consumed enough food for the day and don't even want to look at food . And all cruise lines charge for pop and water in your bar fridge so that's nothing new . Can't wait to sail the harmony in No

We were supposed to be going on this one next year but had to cancel because of a surgery (couldn't afford both) and it appears we made the right choice by not rebooking. I was very concerned about the crowds. I seriously think they did not think this through very well, letting that many people on one ship, no matter the size.
