Overall I had a wonderful time on my first ever cruise. I think 5 days was perfect and Mexico was beautiful.

The cruise was very enjoyable, relaxing food was excellent Both ports were great experience the whole overall of the five day cruise was an awesome. First time experience would love to go again.

Absolutely an amazing cruise. A smaller ship is nothing to be afraid of. Go for it!

Our time on the ship was amazing. We had such a great team helping us to our main dining all the way to our cabin keeper. We highly recommend to go if you want a relaxing time

Overall we enjoyed our cruise. We just think that Royal Caribbean has slipped in it's quality over the years. Now they charge $16.99 if you want a second lobster tail om formal night. What other items will they start nickel and diming the guests for?

This cruise was my first and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. In fact, before departing I booked another cruise for same time next year.

Absolutely the best service I could expect. Everything was explained and there were no unexpected surprises. Would highly recommend to anyone even remotely considering booking with this company.

We were delighted with the itinerary, as were the other customers on board (since it was a packed ship, with no opportunities for upgrades from what the staff told us). The ship was very nice, the food was quite satisfactory, and we had a great time.

Everything about the cruise was fine and enjoyable, but please please please do something about the smoking areas. It was frustrating that in 2023 we still have a casino with smoking allowed and on the main pool deck near our children!!! When I am sunbathing I don't want to be inhaling cigar/cigarette/vape/whatever smoke the whole time!!!

The Grandeur of the Seas was the perfect ship to celebrate my mom’s 80th Birthday Celebration. The crew and staff went over and beyond to make this best experience of a lifetime!

The Grandeur of the seas is a phenomenal ship and experience for its age. The only complaint I have, is that it was only 5 days!!!

Overall it was a great trip. I had very little expectations going into the trip since it was my first time cruising so maybe I’m biased but the ship and staff were great. The ship was very easy to get around since it’s smaller which was also nice.

The staff was incredible. Boat was older and had a few small issues. Entertainment was so-so. Food was average (desserts lacked flavor IMHO). We are usually Disney cruisers who wanted a different type of cruise this time, although the cruise was ok, I would not sail on the Grandeur again, but would try one of RC's newer and bigger ships.

This was our first cruise and the ship was a huge disappointment. The service was excellent but it wasn’t a comfortable stay in the cabin. Placing 3 adults in a cabin like that should not be recommended or allowed. The furniture and the decor needs to be updated or just decommission the ship. The excursions were great but then when we came back there was really no place to relax and put our feet up besides the tiny room with NO decent programming except ESPN and cable news. No decent internet to speak of. Had to leave the room to get connection and it drops all the time. Can’t say I’d travel again in an old ship like that no matter how “good” the deal seems. Also the excursions don’t say much of what to prepare and bring. No dress codes etc.
