The ship itself and the room were very solid and comfortable. The food and drinks were ok and sometime really good. The windjammer cafe was overcrowded with no free tables and people hoarding them and pool seats for hours. The biggest letdown was entertainment. The ship is being retired soon and it is clear that RC puts the worst options on it. The highlight were the dancing and singing crew who were doing well, but that was only for 4 days out of 12. For the rest, there were all kind of boring things with the Palladium theater having only a handful of people on some of them. If you care only about food, then this cruise is for you, otherwise there was not much to do on sea days and in the evenings. If RC decided to abandon fun on it, they should have made it clear beforehand.

Great crew and staff. Everyone wants to help; they have friendly dispositions. Very relaxing trip. Even though we had a lot of rain during our trip I used it as an excuse to just loaf around. Came home well rested and relaxed. This was our second trip on this ship.

I guess we were expecting just too much after so long. This is one of the older ships and with the new much bigger ships coming out, they scarfed all the better crew off for them.

We enjoyed the ship,crew entertainment and food. Royal Caribbean treats you like royalty.We took tours on 3 islands by a mini bus and enjoyed them, meeting new friends along the way. We especially enjoyed meeting so many christian folks on this cruise that shared love and prayers with us as my wife is battling cancer.

While everything was good on the cruise, the food on the Carnival cruise that we took last year was higher quality. Maybe it was because it was a longer cruise, but we had a lot of trouble finding things to keep us entertained on this cruise.

Love the Grandeur!! The Captain Thor and Cruise director Mike made the trip very enjoyable. The crew , all of them, were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the entertainment. The crew talent show was exceptional. The Grandeur fair was fun and enjoyable. The food was above par , the staff of tge my time dining were great, they would park the scooter and bring it up to the table. We were able to sit with the same group at the same table 528 for the whole cruise. The wait staff get to knew our likes and wants. They catered and pampered in a ways. The waiter Nitesh even did some magic tricks to entertain us. The head waiters Raj and Romulo were very helpful and friendly.The room steward Henrique was great he notice my wife was a CPAP user and brought us a jug of distilled water to use in the unit!!This was a very enjoyable cruise.

The Grandeur of the Seas is a nice ship, very relaxing, and not being a supersized cruise ship, you have more engagement with the wonderful staff.

Need more detailed information on excursions, what the name of the tour is, better instructions on where to find them. But other than that no other concerns.

The size of this ship makes it very easy to move about . While it does show its age in some areas overall it has been well maintained. We enjoyed the cruise and would definitely take this ship again. Having a full day on a Sunday was kind of a waste, most places are closed and ferry schedule limited. The Halloween event was a lot of fun and had a lot of participation.

Loved visiting Bermuda for the first time. Very clean city, no trash on the streets anywhere! Loved the beaches! Would go again in a heartbeat.

Sleeping in our cabin was pretty good. Walking in 10th deck was good for exercise but too windy. On sea we played cards with friends. Relaxing made us feel good.

Great, relaxing trip where you can do as little or as much as you like. Our cabin steward was not around the night before debarkation and we got no info. or luggage tags. Had to call Customer Service for assistance. We also wish the Casino would have a few hrs where NO smoking permitted! This ship well known to us as we love the port of Baltimore!

Cruises are about having and fun and eating! Lots of activities, and the food was great! Only issue and challenge we had was the timing of dinner and the show. Very tight! If they would move the show out by 15-30 minutes, would be perfect.

Not bad for first-time cruise experience. The food options were plentiful.

This is first small ship we have sailed, loved it, easy to get around, small size makes it easy to make new friends and you will see them around ship frequently. Entertainment is modest but lots of fun, Real Time Band was awesome, Royal Caribbean Orchestra is excellent and a real joy to have a real orchestra for the shows. had 15' seas one full day, you could feel the ocean and it was awesome. My favorite cruise so far.

LET ROOM WAS NOISY AND THEY DID NOT RESOLVE PROBLEM, FOOD SERVICE PEOPLE DID NOT KNOW ABOUT SANITARY PRACTICES, RESTAURANT SERVICE WAS VERY SLOW

Mai & Anom were great at our dinner table each evening -- very attentive, friendly, jovial, remembered names, and favorite drinks. Couldn't ask for better service. Sonia, Excursion Guide, was wonderful, too. She rescheduled a Behind the Scenes Ship Tour for us when our original tour was cancelled due to weather. Great personality. All of the waiters, stateroom attendants, all the crew were exceptionally professional, friendly, and extremely courteous. The entire crew made our cruise an outstanding memory. Positive representation of Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.

Although we didnt get into Boston and St John because of Hurricane Michael, we still enjoyed the other three stops. We have already talked about driving to New England to spend more time because of the multitude of beautiful places.

Ship is small but very manageable. Weather made us miss two stops but since there is so much to do on the ship it wasn’t a problem.
