Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5

Great Gatsby Dining Room

3 out of 5

Ritcheel, Putra, and Ketut were the best on deck 5! But Chops Grille could not cook a steak, burger, or shrimp correctly if given explicit directions! And look carefully at your wine glasses when you go to Izum! I had a filthy glass and was still charged for the wine (and the stuck on food did not make it taste any better).

Pool Bar

2 out of 5

Watered down. Charge $2 for a glass of warm water. And don’t anticipate getting any thing cold to drink if you go sunning on deck 10, the waitstaff does not come up there.

Schooner Bar

4 out of 5

Now that they know how to make Green Goddesses!!!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Too many! It is like camp for adults; too many all at one time.

Entertainment

2 out of 5
That girl who is the lead singer for Broadway Rhythm & Rhyme was so out of tune it was ridiculous

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Guest services sucks! Facebook chat will tell you whatever to get you off of their chat line. Shared services takes more than two months to apply certificates. Guest services will lie to tell you anything to get you from out of their line. NextCruise? They are also worthless!

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Old. Old. Old. Down to three engines and could not run both equalizers causing severe shifting.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
No wet bar. 12 or 24 pack of water delivered warm. Wallpaper is ripped off of walls and staff covers it up with pillows. Staff also does not change top sheets for weeks at a time.

Ship tip

Doesn’t matter if you book early; they will probably still cancel on you. I have been on several cruises and ports as I am a travel agent! Don’t like what I have to say? I don’t care. Just keep it moving! I write it as I see it! I know I will never go on RCCL again! This is the second time that they treated me like crap! And there are alot if stars for a crappy cruise because I enjoy they ports…oi vey! And there is no research that is going to tell you that the ship is broken as the crooks decided to let us know weeks before they were not going to San Juan! I have spent sometime there and to devalue it to just $75 AND to not stop is absurd! Don’t like it? 🤷‍♀️ 😛

Wow, that's a little of complaints, some that make no sense and some that could have been dealt with just by talking to your cabin Steward and guest services. I could point out a few things to you about cruising but not worth it, just going to say research is the key to knowing. Maybe just look at a different way to vacation since cruising seems to not work for you.

Lotta stars for a crappy cruise. 🤔

I just booked this ship. Wow. May I ask , what type of cabin did you have? Did you get your cabin steward to change the linen? Did you use the TV or app for information. How was the music, I love dancing

Anything you forget to complain about? It seems like nothing could make you happy. Ship staff is hard working and friendly.

Our cruise on the Grandeur was one of our favorite in 19 cruises. You sound like you're just looking for things to complain about.

And….there is always a big sign as you exit the ship with the Back on Board time clearly posted!
