It was a nice Cruise. The water was pretty choppy. The decision not to go to St Kitts was a bad one. We paid for it and did not get there

I read that St. Kitts itself closed to port and would not allow any one to dock. If it was that bad you should be thanking your captain for putting the safety of you and your fellow cruise mates first.

You paid for a cruise, which you got. Ports are never guaranteed and no refund given.

If you read your final printout of your ship board account you will see you were reimbursed your port fees and taxes for St. Kitts in the form of onboard credits.

Glad you enjoyed it. The only reimbursement required for a missed port is any port charges already paid.

Boat is OK, but Royal Caribbean's port policies are terrible, enough to ruin the whole thing! You are a prisoner on the ship unless you pay them to get off at each port!
