The ship is beautiful, specialty restaurants are the way to go. Make sure you get your drink package and internet packet before you get on the ship!

EVERYTHING IN THE SPECIALITY RESTAURANTS WERE WONDERFUL! You have an excellent waiter named Hash. He is the BEST! ALL of the other restaurants need some major improvement. The food was always cold, staff in the windjammer were not friendly. I was charged $63.00 for a soda package. Most of the time there was not coke syrup in the machine. In the main dining room the food looked good but it never tasted good. It was always too watery, cold, and not seasoned well.

The room was clean, BUT the bed was soooooo hard. The showers are TOOOOOOO small. I don't care what you did you ALWAYS got water on the floor. The water in the bathroom always had a smell. The toilet seat was lopsided.

The staff were not pleasant. I'm talking about the people at the "first" check point. The second check point was very pleasant and the staff was professional.
