Sorry you had a bad experience, but the Cruise Line cannot control the weather. Ports and itineraries can and do change for a variety of reasons. If a specific port or ports are of extreme importance to you, it’s always a good idea to have a comprehensive travel policy that will reimburse you something for a missed port or change in itinerary.
