The trip was to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. Having go to Bermuda for our 35th and 40th we figured we would go once again. Hope we will be back for our 50th. this was our granddaughter’s first cruise and she lived it. Another pleasant happening, we had the pleasure of tagging up with friends that we made five years ago on the ship. The only thing that I would say is a delta to thewhole vacation, Royal needs to go back to doing seven days to Bermuda, five is too short.

Good as always, we are suite users so we are always given express service to the ship.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

The Windjammer was great for breakfast or lunch, Chops nice and quiet for breakfast and MDR was great. We really enjoyed dinning with our friends that we met 5 years ago.

All the performances were great, just like always.
Children's Programs

They would not let us sign our granddaughter in because we were not the parents even though we more or less had notarized paper giving us authority over her. We never had a child with us before so how would we know the paperwork was suppose to be filled in on line.
Service and Staff

Fernando was our room attendant, he was really nice .. did a super job with our room. Shaoying was our waitress in the MDR, my granddaughter loved her, she was super. Carlington the Concierge again, so helpful. Everyone I mentioned are 10 stars, not 5.
Ship Quality

This was our fifth trip on Grandeur so they have to be doing something right for us to so willingly want to keep coming back.
Cabin / Stateroom

I think the word suite says it all.
Ship tip
Try not to over pack, it takes up space and then you get home, asking yourself why you brought so much stuff!
We did a 3 hour tour which took us to many stops all over the island. I believe it was the best thing we could do and show our granddaughter a lot of Bermuda in the short amount of time that we were there.
