Review summary

We have sailed out of this port numerous times. It’s a nice get away we can drive to and book at the last minute. The staff is always great. My only complaint is the quality and variety of the food seems to slipping. Nothing seems to be as warm as we would like it, especially in the Windjammer.

Always easy out of Baltimore

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Food just wasn’t as good. Windjammer food never seemed warm enough. No beef at the Park Cafe😫

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The staff always tries their best to keep you entertained.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff was always pleasant and attentive

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ship was clean but old. As my husband said it’s like him; you can work on it but it will never be as good as it once was.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We were at the very back of ship. Very quite. Cabin attendant was very efficient

Ship tip

This is a very small older ship. The clientele for the most part is older also. Although this was the most families I’ve seen on the ship in a long time. If you are a young couple looking for nightlife this is not the ship for you.

Ports of call

Charleston, South Carolina

Love this city! It was chilly but still had a nice day exploring and eating shrimp. Wish the ship would stay longer.

Port Canaveral, Florida

Rented a car and spent the day at NASA. Have also gone to the beach, but was too chilly for me this trip.

Miami, Florida

Spent 2 days here. Remember my comment about an old ship? Had to stay 2 days for repair to rudder.

Nassau, Bahamas

3 out of 5
We are not fans of the Bahamas. Chose to stay on the ship for a quiet pool day.

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island) Did not visit port

Ship canceled this port to spend extra day in Miami to repair rudder.

Disembarkation

Carried off and were in our car on the road by 8 am.
