Review summary

Due to Hurricane Matthew, we did not make it to Bermuda.  Instead we were in Cape Liberty for 2 nights.  Ship's captain kept us advised of detour, but following Hurricane Matthew up the East Coast made for a miserable 24 hours.

One star for something completely out of their control?! Their job was to keep you safe. Done. You were fed and entertained? Drank? I am sure you did. 100% refund. Seems like a win so quit complaining.

Agree. I have been on 42 cruises and the last thing you want is to go into a hurricane. You got 100 percent back. How could you be complaining. What is there to complain about

I agree. You can't blame Royal Carribean for a hurricaine during hurricaine season. Did they still have food? Entertainment? I would base my ratings on that

So, your giving 1 star for something that was completely out of Royal Caribbean's control? You got a 100% refund/credit so, in essence, you got a free cruise to the NYC area. That alone should be worth something.
