Review summary

The Hurrican came, and de-tailed our trip, the old ship was not  ready for a storm. Buckets catching water, around the ship leads, water 2 foot into state room, broken steam room, sanna, hot tub. and pool. all broken,

I do believe the ship will be going for dry dock soon as well in the spring...

They kept you safe. You knew a hurricane was out there but you boarded anyway. Any ship will sustain damage in that ki n d of storm. The fact you got a 100% refund is proof of RC commitment to your satisfaction.

Look what happened to the Anthem last year when it cruised into a storm. New bigger ship and it still substained damage. Storms will do that to cruise ships, especially Cat. 3 hurricaines.

And yet it ended up being Free since you got a 100% refund/credit. You reference it being an old ship, I've got news for you, any ship would've had issues with that storm. Even the forecasters couldn't predict its next move. Oh, and the pools and hot tubs weren't broken, they were closed out of safety. This is the chance you take when you book during Hurricane season.
