Review summary

The downsides of a smaller ship were predictable....crowded buffet and pool, but the happy staff made up for it. Everyone who works on the ship is proud of it. The pride was infectious. LaToya who runs the on-board Starbucks is a goddess. Shout out to her...

We sailed in March and there were not many kids, either.

And that's one of the major reasons we cruise in September. Lower rates, fewer kids.

eddiemac1 is 100% correct. We took 1 trip in the summer & that will never happen again. Every time we have sailed on Grandeur she has been sold out because everybody loves her but it much more enjoyable for us to not have to put up with unruly ( in a lot of cases) teenagers. That sounds bad doesn't it?

Any ship is going to be crowded in the summer with kids.
