Review summary

The trip was very good and exciting. My wife and I had a wonderful on the Grandeur of the Sea. Everything from our outstanding cabin boy to our waitress in the dinning room were excellent. We are very happy with the whole experience and look forward to going again.

An apology for what? He was was giving the steward a compliment but didn't give the terminology that was pleasing to you.

I hope you didn't mean cabin boy. Our cabin steward was excellent in taking care of us and I only have the best things to say about him. I think you should reconsider your words and offer an apology.
