Review summary

We had a good time on the cruise. It was our second time on the Grandeur of the seas..... The bands were very good the comedians were fair....... I think that the service was very good. The staff was very attentive to your needs........... The ship is showing its age and several things were out of order...... One Hot tub wasn't working...... several toilets throughout the ship were out of order............ The mattress needs to be replaced......... THese were small issues compared to the overall good time that we had...

Joey and cyrus our waiters at dinner were very good...... Our room attendant Anneyi was also very good and kept everything neat at all times. Jane the bar service waiter was very good
