Review summary
Grandeur of the Seas is an older ship. It was supposedly updated but has issues. Areas had to be closed due to leaking roofs. Loud dance music, nightly, in the Centrum produced noise throughout hallways and cabins making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast times in the restaurant changed daily. The Windjammer buffet area was small so frequently cruisers could not find a table for eating. Wait staff and cabin stewards were excellent. Diamond and above cruises were offered nightly snacks and free well drinks in the Diamond Lounge, a nice benefit. Disembarkation process was difficult since, in Baltimore, many cruisers had individual transportation. Long lines wrapped around the lobby and the cruisers were sent around and through others waiting in line.
