It took royal Caribbean till the evening of day 4 of our 7 day cruise to move us to a new room!!! 4 days with no hot water and a room that smelled like the toilet!!  With all the health problems on the ship why would it take 4 days to correct this problem - hot water = clean hands.  We could not touch anything salt, pepper, sugar etc, but it was ok for us to live in cabin's that smelled like the toilet drained into the shower and not have hot water for 4 nights?

The wind jammer food was terrible !!!

The food on R.C. Island was terrible !

The service and food in the actual dinning room for dinner was excellent.

The breakfast food and service was slow and terrible.

The lunch food was good but service was slow.

Would not cruise on this ship ! I think it is just to old! It was a big disappointment for our family sorry to say! Not enough activities to keep teenagers entertained. Entertainment was for older adults ( over 50) this was a family vacation ! Parents 50's, kids 13 and 15.
