Dying generation? Yikes! I’m in my forties with small children. We had a blast and the food was outstanding. Both an air conditioning issue and safe issue were resolved within the first half hour, service was top notch. Loved Randolf and Eduardo, the guys who took care of us in the dining room. Entertainment and kids club were outstanding. My only complaint is: why does the smoking section have to be at the entrance of the kids club? It’s horrible for the kids, parents and the wonderful people who lead the kids club.

The Grand is one of my favorites, but I’m one of the dying generation

We have been on 24 Princess cruises and have never experienced anything close to what you described. What we have found is the ones who complain the most are the problem!

We found the Grand to be well maintained and the staff outstanding. We would agree that the food could be kicked up a notch.

Dying generation - special way to insult people.

A followup. Yep Princess is an older crowd, I see your booked on Carnival next cruise. Have fun.

We did not find this on the Grand 3 weeks ago. It was clean, food was good not spectacular in the buffet. Thanks for your review.
