We had to spend hours of our vacation time to resolve an issue. Customer Service at front desk unwilling to assist with resolving our issue. several attempts to speak with a supervisor were fruitful. Finally engaged with the Manager on last day of the cruise who was very sympathetic and offered compensation. I do not fell that I came back New at all.Embarkation
