Review summary
Embarkation and diembarkation process was horrible. We arrived into Houston on an early morning flight (10:00AM). Did not end up boarding the ship until approximately 5:30PM. We were one of the first to arrive and one of the very last to board. We were sent to an alternate place (Moody Gardens) for the registration process. It was not well organized at all. We were told to stay on the bus. Meanwhile buses that were coming in behind ours were pulling in and everyone on those buses got to go in and get registered. It was very very disorganized. They served a light snack but only had enough for the very first people who arrived.Ship experiences
