If you are used to newer ships, you will be disappointed. Overall, I would pick this ship for the itinerary. I would wait for a refurbishment if there is another itinerary you are interested in.

Of you are in balcony cabins side by side with others in your party ask about having the partitions opened. Our room attendant took care of that for our group of 4 rooms. We totally enjoyed this communal balcony. I think the ship design would be better if it could be fully open, but half way worked.

This is a very noisy ship and by that I mean music by the pool blasting at full volume all day, noisier passengers than on previous RC cruises. Onboard was not as relaxing as I was hoping for but the Shore Excursions were diverse and well managed. We enjoyed our time in port.

Don't but the water drink package. It's a waste of money as all water on ship is filtered and available all over.

Skip any diet plans...you will eat hearty!

Walk around the entire ship to see all the areas early in the trip. Be sure to eat at the buffet for dinner as well as the regular restaurants as the buffet has a great variety.

Pay your own gratuities to the individuals that service you as opposed to just doing the general daily gratuities that will be automatically charged to you
