Too expensive for all the extras and too many extras that weren't included in base price. Happy about staff and service all very nice and genuinely want to see you have a good time.

Our First time traveling with Royal Caribbean and it was amazing! Everything was just so perfect. We are already booked on our next cruise. Coco Cay Beach club is a must!

The cruise was great, coco cay was the beautiful, but our waiter for the 3 nights made our experience even better.

It was ok, but they need dry dock time to refresh the Paint and change all the carpets on this ship. Way to much dirt and none functioning parts.

2 requests would be to have the daily activities on a printed paper so I could keep better track of what I want to attend. And to get a better messaging service from the app it worked some of the time and sometimes not. As well as doesn't send notifications like normal messaging apps

This was the perfect 1st cruise! I enjoyed my time! I think things could’ve been explained better for 1st time cruisers but it wasn’t hard to figure out!

Overall good.Staff opened the door wide open and look straight into my bed. He knocked the door, I answered but if he could not hear me then he can open the door a little that he can hear my voice, not open widely and look into my room. What if we are changing. He needs to respect our privacy.

This is a great ship and I throughly enjoyed every aspect of my cruise. Can’t wait to go on Freedom again!

Cruise was great and staff was awesome. CocoCay was good. Food was very good. Swimming with the pigs was fun.

I had a wonderful time. 3 days in paradise. we celebrated my son's 30 birthday on board and the staff made it extra special for him and his 1st time on a cruise. I would highly recommend Royal Caribbean.

This was my first RC cruise but won't be my last. Things are different here than other cruise lines including more fees. Gratuity is not only charged per person per day but additionally for items such as "towel check in/towel check out" even though those are not advertised. We enjoyed the cruise overall. We missed the food when we left! That says a lot. There was no birthday greeting at check-in or anything special in the room. That was disappointing. Luggage fiasco at embarkation without a real apology or answer. We also had intermittent plumbing issues! 3.5/5 for these reasons.

Hadn't been on a cruise since the pandemic, this was a long overdue vacation. The Freedom of the Seas was at one time the biggest ship at sea it's an older ship but very well maintained I didn't feel overcrowded the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcomed a great vacation

It was a great, relaxing vacation. We were sorry it had to end!
