Francisco was fabulous and our room steward was amazing

We had a great time on our cruise. Booking with AJ Magical Vacations made it so convenient and easy. The ship was clean. The food and service was great.

We have sailed before in this ship and we were pleasantly surprised to see that the service, food quality and maintenance have been kept at a high standard.

Overall it was great to get out of the Winter weather for a week. I had an early inbound flight so I was on the cruise ship by 1230 to leave which was nice. Decent size ship great for relaxation. Biggest disappointment was the food, and multiple people complained about it. They also had large areas to wash your hand in front of the buffet area. Staff was standing there encouraging but do rhyme they said constantly, " washy, washy, yummy, yummy" was a bit infantalizing.

Great cruise with friends! Dining room food quality seems to have dropped a bit and the cabins need some updated decor but had a wonderful time nonetheless

The lip on the floor of your cabin bathroom is a trip hazard. My arm is still not healed. See attached photo taken today.

It was a fun relaxing cruise. We got to enjoy the pool and dinner without family and kids.

Too rough to get into Nassau. Ships crew handled the change very well. Main buffet is not great. Food presentation is weak. Other than this, the food is genuinely good.

Everything was amazing! The food and service was excellent! The entertainment and shows were phenomenal with great talent!

This was the first Royal Caribbean Cruise we took. We were very impressed with the ship and with THE KEY system and highly recommend getting it!! The service and quality of food were outstanding. We will definitely sail on Royal Caribbean again.

Cruise was restful and uneventful. The crew was very friendly.

The cruise was great. Very much enjoyed the ship and the amenities.

RC has no control over Mother Nature, so it was great that the Captain was able to get the big boat into dock in NAS. Food was okay. Cabin was okay. Did not like the smoky/stale smoke/perfumed casino I had to walk through. Elevators were messed up sometimes... One time we were in an elevator, needing to go up a few decks, and the elevator would go up a deck, down 2, up 2, down 1, etc. It was a joke (we were all laughing). We finally got out and walked ourselves to where we needed to be as it was quicker. Personally, I thought Coco Cay was too built up. All I needed was the beach and I'd have been a happy person.

This cruise is a shorter one and there were less families which was great. It was more of an upscale crowd. Lots of boomers and married couples. Overall was nice. Pool area was annoying because the music was blaring but overall it was relaxing and the staff were wonderful.

Nice getaway , specialty restaurants are very good . Entertainment not bad

This is not one of my favorite ships. It seems like it is dated.

Great experience. Balcony room was well worth the upgrade. Coco Cay was a bit crowded with two shiploads of guests. Food was great.

We loved Coco Cay. Like an all-inclusive resort but better. Freedom of the Seas is big and beautiful. Can't wait to do another Royal Caribbean cruise!
