Thank you for your review. I enjoyed this ship and it didn’t feel dated. There are never enough chairs around any pool!

We loved Freedom. Perfect size in my opinion. Year built, refurbished etc is all very easy to research. So if you didn’t I’m sorry but that’s your fault. Try Google before you book the next cruise

We like freedom.

That's an interesting comment, since it's one of only 7 ships that has been through the refurbishment called Royal Amplification. I was on it in Feb 2022 and it felt pretty much like a new ship, with a new pool deck and pool bar, Playmakers sports bar, El Loco Fresh and other additions from its original configuration.

We were on freedom of the seas right before the shutdown happened. And when we were on it that was the last Cruise the ship was having until it went into dry dock. Right when the shutdown happened. So it shouldn't be that dated. It should have been refurbished. Sure it is an older shift. It is not one of the new ones with all of the bells and whistles.
