Toilets are inadequate and messy in some areas. People smoking in non smoking areas even when signs are visible (level 4?) - supervision needed.

Ijero and Melcome were excellent in attending to all our needs in the Main dining room. Memory at towel station was very courteous and friendly. Paolo was friendly, helpful, courteous and maintained his station clean at Windjammer.
