From start to finish, the process and the entire cruise as a whole was amazing. Boarding from Fort Lauderdale's terminal was easy. Everyone from the porters, the check in staff and staff posted along the way were friendly and courteous.
Special mentions are Imade, Reynaldo, Javan, Dwaiin, Christabell, Juanita, and Anna. They are the best of Royal Caribbean.

Main dining room food and drink were good. Every night had a different theme cuisine. The Windjammer (buffet) offered a variety of options.

Sat around the pool twice and got in the hot tub once. Enjoyed drinks poolside as staff were constantly available for bar orders.
Entertainment

Was able to only see two shows due to scheduled activities with family and dining time. Watched the Farewell Show and the Comedy Show. Both were great. On Board Comedian is hilarious.

Imade, room attendant, was pleasant and greeted me every morning by name. As we conversed everyday, Imade would inquire about how we slept, how our day was, and if we needed anything to let him know. Imade was accommodating to all our needs and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable.
Reynaldo (waiter), Javan (asst. waiter), and Dwaiin (head waiter) were phenomenal. Everyday we were greeted by name with a warm smile. Not just at dinner, but during breakfast and lunch. Reynaldo and Javan cared for us during food service and met all our needs. Reynaldo and Javan took the time to make sure our dietary needs and restrictions were met. Reynaldo and Javan anticipated our orders before asking. We didn't have to ask for what we wanted to drink because they already knew what we wanted. Dwaiin went above and beyond to make sure my aunt and uncle's wedding anniversary was special. He
personally even volunteered to assist me with getting the gift bags for the family from my stateroom to the dining room.
Some of the store attendants were great – Especially Christabell in the Market store and Juanita in the Liquor Store.
Anna in Food and Beverage (Beverage) was entertaining and funny.

Had a spacious ocean view room with balcony. The room was indeed spacious and provided enough space to layout suitcases. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. First time booking an ocean view with balcony. Definitely my favorite cabin type and will definitely book again.
Unfortunately, the cooler in the room did not cool.
The welcoming staff were energetic and provided great entertainment. The music was captivating and we couldn't help but move to the music.
Met a crew member on the way to South Beach. I purchased a frozen drink in a collectible CoCoCay cup from him. He was funny and also entertaining.
There were plenty of chairs on the beach to accommodate the family that traveled to that part of the island.
The food and drinks at the Food Shack were delicious.
Didn't knew there was a tram until it was time to go back to the ship.
Also did a tour with a larger group of family members. Best port sendoff. The performers on the port provided a great sendoff show with dance and music.
