Too many people and smoking areas not contained. Didn't feel like it was a special experience with staff but we were just the "next" round of customers.

Seemed unorganized and not friendly. We were loaded into the deck and guided to do our muster station first. Olden days of cruising brought you to a Grand entrance to set the mood. We then had to find a door to get inside and had to walk to the other end. No guidance.

I didn't go to these. Others seemed to enjoy however. There was a good Bob Marley band.

Dining staff was nice and worked hard to please. In general, I feel more smiles from staff would be good. Nothing special here for customer service except our room attendant was nice

Having a balcony was great. Drop down bunk worked well. Bathroom a bit dated with tile. Speaker for announcements didnt work
Ship tip
Ask for a medical cooler if you need one as the "fridge" may not be cool enough.
Billed in error for towel service. Then had to then wait in line at guest service to fix it . Then you wait on a line through the dining room to exit off ship at your time. Lots of waiting. will be faster to exit customs.
