Review summary

Based on various constraints we took 3 day BtoB with 4 day and would never do again. Also, Freedom was packed and maybe is an issue with the 4000+ ships or maybe even ships leaving from Miami. Not sure if we would do Freedom class again. Overall experience was much poorer than 5 day January cruise from Tampa on Brilliance. Overall impression is that RC has cheapened their overall approach to be more like Carnival.

Ship tip

avoid 3 day or 4 day cruise. 7 day or longer may be better but RC seems to be cutting corners

boring, run down, sameo tourist stores everywhere, too far to beaches-stay aboard ship.

long walk around ship to get to off, long walk in terminal, zoo to get transportation to AP.
