Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Main dining room was very slow late in evening (8:30). Food quality was good, better than expected after some reviews we watched. Buffet fit our timing better for most meals and was quite good with a variety of cuisines and staples to please almost any palette or dietary need. Availability of drinks not on one of the drink packages (e.g. water, lemonade, tea) was very disappointing due to the very limited availability, especially later in the evening.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Enjoyed the Solarium, upper deck lounging area, mini-golf, shuffle board. Fitness center was excellent. We overheard one passenger saying the fitness center was bigger than two other cruise ships from other cruise lines combined.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Thoroughly enjoyed all the shows and several musicians/bands. We enjoyed both the variety and quality of the shows and musicians.

Children's Programs

No kids.

Cabin / Stateroom

Size was fantastic and out steward was perfection. We really wished we could bring him home with us. Truly excellent in making the room feel brand new every day.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

Lots of things to do. Snorkeling was disappointing due to limited area and shallow water. Very pleasant to sit under an umbrella and watch the waves roll in. Got a kick out of listening to three boys arguing about whether or not one saw a sting ray.

Nassau, Bahamas

Our excursion was great. We took a private taxi with Uncle Big Bus Transportation Services we learned about through our church. Our driver, Kenyatta, was excellent and a delight to spend a good part of the day with before ending the excursion walking through the Straw Market and other shops.

Disembarkation

We did the no-luggage assist option and were in the very first 100 or so to get in line. It started right on time and moved reasonably quickly.
