Review summary

OK, but way too crowded and the employees lacked info concerning the "Key".

Embarkation

1 out of 5
We paid extra for the "Key" and Royal Caribbean had no signs, we had to ask multiple employees where we were supposed to go before we found out. Some employees didn't even know what we were talking about. We were supposed to board at 11:00 and didn't until 2:30.

I love the Key. Surprised staff didn’t know. We only had one confusion and it was wrong signage but someone quickly fixed.

It may be advisable to do your own research on the key before purchasing.
