Review summary

It was supposed to be our second honey moon. As mentioned before, because of the incompetence of the Security Personnel and complete lack of ability of the Guest Management, we regret taking this cruise!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Very well organized.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5

Children's Programs

No children with us

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
A+ for waiter and waiter assistant; A+ for Guest Relations attendant; D- for security personnel and D- for Guest Manager.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Beautiful design, poor maintenance. Pools and cabins need better maintenance.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
Overall comfort, good; Size, OK; Cleanliness, towels dirty and stained twice; Balcony, we couldn't use because security personnel was incompetent to stop next cabin guests from smoking, which, by the way, for security reasons, is forbidden and, apparently, there was no Guest Manager, or he/she didn't care about the many complains we made by phone or personally at the reception desk. If there was one, he/she should have offered us to change to another cabin!

Ship tip

Use main dinning room

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

Best embarkation ever!

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
As a private island, Royal Caribbean made a very good job over there!

Nassau, Bahamas

3 out of 5
Port is under construction and our ship ported very far.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Very well organized and fast.

I get the smoking issue, but that ruined the whole cruise?

I get the smoking issue. But really who books a cruise to sit on their balcony for 12 hours a day? Just not sure how someone being inconsiderate could completely ruin your cruise. We use ours primarily for morning coffee and pulling into port

To think smoking was permitted on balconies until just a few short years ago ……

CruzeFan    1 year ago

Most cruise lines have given up on trying to enforce no smoking on balconies.
