Review summary

Great family cruise. A near perfect ship and itinerary

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Quickest and easiest embarkation we’ve experienced

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We ate at the main dining room three nights, and as usual, it did not disappoint. Windjammer on last night for dinner was great too, plenty of options. El Loco fresh and Sorrentos pizza are musts for lunch or snack.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There was plenty to do on this ship. Our kids loved splash away bay! The pools were nice for cooling off, and the perfect storm slides were fun.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We attended the ice show and once upon a time, and enjoyed both of them immensely. Talented performers

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Our children participated in adventure oxen for about two hours total. They enjoyed the program, but they preferred activities outside. One room was dedicated to arts and crafts, one for interactive games, and one for video games. This was for ages 6-8. The arcade was decent enough, but a few games were out of order, and the “prizes” for tickets were lacking.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Great, as usual. We felt the staff treated us like royalty

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Great design, easy to get around. There was quite a wait for elevators, but taking the stairs wasn’t difficult. Everything seemed to be cleaned and well maintained

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin had a bit more area than a regular balcony. Nice size for a family of four (with small children). Clean and well taken care of by service staff

Ports of call

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
This is the best port we have been to in our opinion. Plenty to do for all ages! We “chilled” on chill beach for a while before exploring south beach, oasis lagoon, splash away bay, and captain Jill’s galleon. Had a great lunch and drinks!!

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
We walked to Junkanoo Beach, an approximate ten minute walk. Pretty beach that got crowded quickly. $10 chairs, $10 umbrella. Stopped to shop a bit and eat on the way back to the ship.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Just as quick and easy as embarkation
