Did not do an excursion, decided to walk around the island instead. Nothing much to do. Most shops and restaurants were closed, as it was a Sunday. They are also still requiring masks everywhere in Nassau, information that was not provided to us before disembarking. And we could not find masks anywhere

Disembarkation

Awful. We had purchased The Key, which was supposed to give us carefree disembarkation after breakfast. We finished breakfast, and asked the two cast members where The Key disembarkation area was, none of them knew. There were no announcements. No signage. Nothing. Some crew member directed us to the general disembarkation area, where we waited over 30 minutes not moving in the heat. No crew in sight, no one was there to tell anyone what to do. A fight broke off. Really helish.

Not sure why you had to wear masks. We just came back from Nassau and were not required to wear them. No one even mentioned them. And most people I saw didn't have them. Sorry your day wasn't the best. Maybe next time? 🤷‍♀️

Embarking and/or disembarking seems to be an issue across the cruise lines just now. Glad you loved the rest of your cruise though!

I know it doesn't help anything now but, I thought I read a while back that the disembarking assist was one of the changes to the key. Along with a few others. Sorry that part sucked, we had similar stuff on a NCL disembarking.
