This cruise can be as laid back or as action packed as you want to make it. If your budget allows, I would pay the extra money for the Jr. Suite. We had an awesome time and didn't spend any extra money on excursions, but you could certainly spend extra if you wanted to go that route. We were content to enjoy the amenities that were included. However we did buy the deluxe drink package because we knew that we would be enjoying libations and did not want to worry about the costs once onboard. Favorite days were the At Sea and Perfect Day at Coco Cay.

Food and Dining

Excellent food and service at all venues. Sometimes the pool bar got a little backed up, but no more than a few minutes wait.

We really just enjoyed the adult pool and spas. Perfect Day at Coco Cay was the highlight of the trip for us.

Ship Quality

The ship was kept VERY clean. Bathrooms were always clean at any time of the day. The ship layout was good. Views from the Windjammer area were outstanding. The main dining room is gorgeous with 3 levels.
Cabin / Stateroom

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the private deck. Plenty of room and a large closet to hang items and place suitcases in to get them out of the way.
Ship tip
Choose the my time dining option (the French onion soup was excellent!)
Easy to get on and off of the ship. We did a little bit of shopping and went to Senor Frogs to just chill and people watch for a few hours. I've been to the Bahamas enough times that I didn't feel the need to do any excursions.
Seriously, I was amazed that we were able to just literally walk off the ship, look at a facial recognition machine and pick up our bags. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes. They have everything down to a science! Great job Royal Caribbean!
