Review summary

Overall below average experience with royal caribbean this time. My other experience with them was phenomenal. This is like total waste of money, down the drain. That too waited for 2 yrs as original cruise 2 yrs ago was canceled and they pressurized to avail FCC before May of 2022 and not dec 2022 otherwise all my maoney would have lapsed that I paid in full 2 yrs ago!!!

On first day. We were denied dinner at my time dining for being 11 mins late!! That too because of faulty elevator panel that couldn't take deck 3 and had to take 2-3 trips in it and eventually getting off at 5!! Requested apart bed for our junior suite before sail. Agent confiend it is in system. It was not apart upon arrival. Got in guest services line after 30 mins of wait. Spoken to a person. He confirmed will be done. But never got it done. I stopped putting effort for it for rest of cruise!!!

All our excursions were canceled due to operator issues. Refund was made but that not for what I signed up for. Wanted to experience the city the culture but had to stay at ship as not alternative was available other than refund.
