Windjammer was a disappointment as the food selection never changed. We ordered a soda package. Soda machine on promanade broke on second day so you had to hunt for soda. If you wanted non carbonated drink such as lemonade or tea you had to go to Windjammer if it was open or you were out of luck. South beach on CocoCay staff at the grill did not know where to get soda for soda package we kept getting the run around so that was disappointing. Definitely caters to alcohol packages.

Fitness center was excellent. Very clean and equipment was nice, wish it was my regular gym. We also visited the spa. Would not recommend a massage. My husband and I both ached the day after due to our massages. The lady I had kept pressing and moving a tendon in my shoulder telling me it was a knot. Nope definitely not a knot. After the massage they try and sell you a crazy overpriced oils and bath powder ($179.00 for a 10 day supy).

Friendly for the most part. There were 2 staff members on CocoCay that were to busy gabbing with each other to answer my husbands question. They just walked away without responding, very rude.

Ship was clean. Liked all the sanitizing stations everywhere. There seemed to be a shortage of tissues though, they didn’t put any in cabin or bathrooms so I had to use toilet paper to blow my nose (seasonal allergies).
Cabin / Stateroom

So the cabin was clean and had enough space for the 2 of us. There was a strong smell of mold in the hallway near our cabin. They also seemed to be pumping out toilet clogs daily that made the hall smell of sewerage.
Definitely keep your mask on at all times even outside. My husband tested positive for covid 3 days after we got home. My son and daughter now have it 😩. Despite this set back I would still cruise in a heartbeat.
@agfstamps, we have done an excursion in the Bahamas. We did an island tour the last time we were there and we were not impressed at all. This is just a very dirty, dumpy island.
Hi! Thanks so much for your review. It'll be my first time cruising next week on Freedom. Quick question - are we not allowed to order soda at any of the bars using this package?
When I was too lazy to carry the freestyle cup, could always get a soda at Cafe Promenade or other bar, but the selection is limited. Good to know about availability (or lack of) service on Cococay.
