Review summary

It was my first cruise and I'm hooked. I love the pampering the staff does, the variety of entertainment, get off the ship or stay on the ship. I wasn't sure how I'd like confinement and crowds but there was so much to do and so many ports, I never felt confined or crowded. I'm already planning my next cruise.

What we did, we liked. The most part we were on excursions or by the pool during the day hours.

We went to a few shows and enjoyed them. Like the variety.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I have never been so pampered on a vacation. The staff was excellent.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
We made the comment several times, to the cleanliness of the ship. They were always cleaning and our state room had fresh touches every time we entered.

Cabin / Stateroom

It was my first cruise so I have nothing to compare to but I'm spoiled to how much room and a balcony that most do not have.

Ship tip

If you want a great end to your trip, purchase the Key. We had priorty boarding and at the end of the trip, we had a la cart breadfast and an escorted departure past 100s of people standing in line.

Ports of call

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Castries, St. Lucia

This was our favorite port of call. We did the excursion that took us in different spots of the island. The lush of the plants reminded me of Hawaii. The small fishing village, the waterfall, beaches, were my favorite of the entire stops. Make sure you book some kind of excursion to see this beautiful island.

Bridgetown, Barbados

This Island seemed to be the most domesticated island we visited. More like what you would see in your Sunshine vacation cities in the US. There was a lot to see and do. My favorite was the Turtle and Ship wreck excursion. Though we didn't see a turtle, too many people in the area, we saw a very large stingray and a lot of tropical fish around the ship wreck.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Recommend the Key, made disembarkation a VIP experience
